- Each of our products undergoes quality control prior to shipping, however; in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at info@mum-me.co as soon as possible so that we can promptly resolve your enquiry.
- If you require a refund, item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your item(s)
- Return shipping is free within Australia if item(s) is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- Change of mind returns shipping are to be paid for by the customer.
- A return may not be accepted should the item or packaging be marked, damaged, torn, not in a saleable condition, and/or if the security seal has been tampered with/removed
Delivery
- We take pride on being prompt with picking up and packing your order; as such, we’re not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. After receiving your item(s), you are welcome to follow the returns process, as required.
- Standard delivery is $9.95
- All pre-orders for the current month are expected to be shipped by end of that month. E.g., July pre-orders, will be shipped by the 31st of July and so on and so forth.
